Man caught with cocaine after shoplifting at Grand Island Walmart, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was found Wednesday with cocaine after shoplifting at a Walmart in Grand Island, police say.
Around 7:30 p.m., an officer found the thief, who was seen shoplifting in security video, in a vehicle near West First Street and Garfield Avenue.
The man agreed to a search of the vehicle, and the officer discovered an undisclosed amount of cocaine, police said.
He was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and two counts of shoplifting.
