LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Deputies found drugs and weapons on Friday during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in York County, the sheriff’s office says.

Around 2 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for a “traffic violation” on I-80 at mile marker 360, just southeast of York.

The deputies developed probable cause to search the vehicle and found meth, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and “multiple deadly weapons,” authorities said.

The driver — Scott Holt of Port Orchard, Washington — was taken into custody.

He was arrested on suspicion of felony charges, including possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.
