Man dies after two-vehicle crash in northeast Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man died Saturday after a two-vehicle crash in northeast Lincoln.

The crash happened around 9 a.m. at an intersection just north of 84th and Adams streets.

Police said a Buick Century was heading east when it was hit by a northbound vehicle.

The driver of the Buick, 87-year-old John Ryan, was taken to a hospital in critical condition.  He later died at the hospital, police said.

An investigation is ongoing.
