Man points gun at property manager, makes threats

A 26-year-old man is behind bars after threatening a property manager with a gun. 

According to Lincoln Police, it happened Friday night around 9:30 in the 4000 block of Industrial Ave. in Northeast Lincoln.

26-Year-old Dillon Ferguson was inside a camper parked on the property when the caretaker approached.

Ferguson pointed a gun at the caretaker and began making threats.

The man called police who arrested Ferguson and recovered a 22 caliber Beretta.
