Man pushed maintenance worker, stole cash from ATM at Omaha bank, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are searching for a man who stole cash from an ATM under maintenance in Omaha on Monday.

The theft happened around 2:30 p.m. at the U.S. Bank near 138th Street and Millard Avenue.

Police said a man was working on an ATM when a vehicle pulled up next to him.

An unknown man ran up, pushed the worker down and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the ATM.

An investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to call Omaha Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP.
