Man robbed woman of $6 in Lincoln Hy-Vee parking lot, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A woman lost some petty cash Friday in a robbery in the parking lot of a Lincoln Hy-Vee, police say.

Around 10 a.m., a 24-year-old woman finished shopping at Hy-Vee near 50th and O streets and sat in her vehicle.

A man approached her and demanded money, according to police.  She handed over $6, and he left the area.

Police said the man is Black, 5-foot-5, thin and around 60 to 70 years old.  He was wearing all-black clothing.
