Man stabbed in north Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man was stabbed in north Lincoln on Wednesday, police say.
It happened about 4:30 p.m. near 44th Street and Huntington Avenue.
Police found a 41-year-old man with serious but not life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a hospital.
Police said the assailant left before they got there.
Around the time of the stabbing, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln issued an alert warning of a dangerous person north of East Campus.
About 5:30 p.m., police arrested 22-year-old Dylan Jepsen in connection with the assault.
A few minutes later, UNL gave the “All Clear.”
