LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man took off with a slew of snacks Wednesday after a break-in at a Family Dollar store in north Lincoln, court documents say.

Around 3:10 a.m., an officer received a report of a break-in at Family Dollar near 27th and O streets.

Security video showed a man, later identified as 22-year-old Preston Breneman, throw a piece of cinder block through the store’s glass door, an arrest affidavit alleges.

Breneman is then spotted going into the food section, grabbing a few items and taking off, according to police.

Investigators later identified Breneman as a suspect and found him in downtown Lincoln.

Breneman was holding a container of Pringles, according to the affidavit.  He also had a box of Swiss Rolls and Lifesaver Gummies in his coat pocket.

Breneman was arrested on suspicion of burglary.  A Lancaster County judge set his bond at $10,000, meaning he must pay $1,000 to be released from jail.
