Member of Nebraska Task Force 1 heading south to help with rescue efforts

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A member of the Nebraska Task Force 1 has been deployed to Surfside, Florida to help with rescue efforts of those still missing in a building collapse.
The Task Force tweeted that Chief Thavenet will be heading south as part of a FEMA/US&R Command element, assisting in the rescue efforts.
