Mild stretch into mid-November, but temperatures plunge next week
We’re switching back to sunshine in the days ahead. Winds have significantly died down early Thursday morning and will remain light, eventually out of the south.
We’re in for a mild stretch into mid-November, each of the next few days nearing the low to middle 60s. Conditions will remain dry through the weekend, but that will change next week.
More specifically, Saturday will be our warmest day in the near future (in the middle 60s). The wind will pick up a bit more both Friday and Saturday though, gusting around 30-35 mph again.
A weak cold front will bring temperatures back to near-normal on Sunday with more cloud cover.
But one thing to point out is how great these next few days look compared to future temperatures down the line. Temperatures look to potentially plunge down to the 30s by late next week (any still looking into winter precipitation chances).
If you’re one to plan ahead and put up Christmas lights while it’s still comfortable out, this weekend will be a good bet.
We aren’t ones to forget that Thanksgiving is right around the corner, though! We’re just two weeks away from the holiday on November 28th. We’re still around 40 days out from the winter solstice and Christmas.
Enjoy the next few days that look fantastic!
