Minnesota man caught speeding in third DUI arrest in northeast Nebraska

STANTON, Neb. (KLKN) – A Minnesota man was caught speeding Sunday in his third DUI arrest, the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office says.

Around 1:30 a.m., a deputy pulled over a vehicle for speeding and driving on the shoulder on Highway 35 near Norfolk.

Todd Ferguson, 35, was intoxicated, and deputies arrested him on suspicion of felony aggravated driving under the influence, the sheriff’s office said.

Ferguson has at least two prior DUI convictions and was on probation, according to the sheriff’s office.
