Missing child reunited with family, Lincoln police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A missing child was reunited with their family on Thursday.
At 1:20 p.m., the Lincoln Police Department said the child was identified and the family was located.
“Thank you to everyone who shared,” LPD said on social media. “Tips from people who saw the post on social media helped us make the identification.”

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: Police are seeking help in the search for a child’s family in central Lincoln on Thursday.
In a post on X, LPD said a child was found around 9:10 a.m. near 24th and C streets.
Officers were unable to find the child’s family or relatives.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 402-441-6000.
