Missing Nebraska man found dead in rural Colfax County
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Investigators have identified a body found in rural Colfax County as a man who went missing in October.
On Dec. 11, the Colfax County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a body found near Road C and Road 12.
In a press release Wednesday, officials identified the body as 30-year-old Nathan Johnson of Butler County. The results of an autopsy are pending.
Johnson was last seen on Oct. 28, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators asked for help in the search for Johnson on Nov. 19.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Office said “multiple arrests” have been made in Platte County as part of the ongoing investigation.
