More Nebraska locations join Federal Pharmacy Program

LINCOLN, Neb (KLKN) – Thursday, more Nebraska pharmacies are now eligible to participate in the Federal Pharmacy Program, reports the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

Since a number of pharmacies have joined the program. Each site is accessible to the public across the state and is vaccinating individuals under the current priority, Phase 2A.

It should be noted that retail pharmacy doses are very limited at this time.

Those interested in being vaccinated should check with their local pharmacies about scheduling policies, as availability will depend on demand.
