More showers are expected through the Tri-Cities and just west/south of there. Some could continue to see up to another half an inch to an inch of rain added on past about 5 a.m. Thursday.

Model Rain Into Pm

This round of rain driven by another passing front that will also act as a reinforcement for cooler air to settle in. Look at statewide temperatures by this afternoon below, some only in the lower 60s around 4 p.m. today! That’ll feel more like fall than summer for sure.

Stormcast State Temp

More clearing from cloud cover will happen for eastern Nebraska, causing temperatures to warm to the lower and middle 70s. North winds will be breezy at times, too.

Next 2 Days

Then, we’re looking at a couple of dry days Friday and Saturday as temperatures remain cool and below average for this time of the year.
