Mostly Cloudy, Small Chance for Showers on Saturday
Forecast:
Afternoon rain showers dropped us into the lower 50s in Lincoln where we will remain for much of Friday evening. Heavy cloud cover and a few sprinkles highlight the evening forecast as temperatures drop into the upper 40s overnight.
A Dense Fog Advisory is in place until 11 a.m. CDT for central and southwest Nebraska. Visibility could be reduced to as low as a quarter of a mile. Use extra precaution if you are traveling in for the Husker game early Saturday morning.

Our high in Lincoln will fall a few degrees short of our average for this time of year under mostly cloudy skies. We top out tomorrow in the mid-50s.

A few small chances for showers this weekend before better chances for rain move through our area early next week. Mostly sunny skies to follow on Wednesday before increasing cloud cover as we head toward Halloween. High temperatures remain squarely in the 50s before climbing to the 60s next weekend.
