UPDATE: Multiple crews respond to fire in southwest Lincoln

Early morning fire leaves building a total loss, one injured

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — UPDATE: Crews were called to Shadow Brook Farm Country Market around 4:30 a.m. Monday on a fire that broke out.

During an initial investigation, the fire marshal estimated $200,000 in total loss.  As the investigation continues, the total loss is expected to rise.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

A resident, age 37, was taken to CHI St. Elizabeth with burns to his hands and face.  His injuries are not life-threatening.

Multiple crews are responding to an early-morning fire in southwest Lincoln.

The fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. Monday at 2201 West Denton Road.

One person is being treated for burns to their hands.
