Multiple law enforcement agencies searching for missing woman in rural Nebraska
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A search is underway for a missing woman who Nebraska authorities say is in a dangerous medical situation.
The Nance County Sheriff’s Office sheriff’s office said on Wednesday that multiple agencies were searching for 21-year-old Leah Noyd in rural Nance County between Fullerton and Genoa.
According to authorities, Noyd left her vehicle behind and was thought to be traveling on foot toward Genoa.
The sheriff’s office said Noyd may be having medical complications and is thought to be in a serious, life-threatening situation.
On Thursday, authorities said Noyd was now in a vehicle in the Albion area.
Noyd was entered as a missing person out of Nance County, and authorities said she is thought to be in Nance or possibly Boone County.
