Multiple Nebraska counties hit by 911 outage

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Multiple counties in Nebraska are experiencing at least partial 911 outages.
That includes the state’s largest county, Douglas, according to KMTV.
Officials there said if you get a busy signal when you call 911, call 402-444-5802 instead to reach a dispatcher.
The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office said it is back to normal after experiencing an outage overnight.
Authorities in Dundy County in the southwest corner of the state reported the same problem. Residents there should call 308-423-2393.
North Platte and Chase County also reported outages, but officials said they were limited to certain carriers.
The Lincoln Police Department said 911 was working properly in the capital city.
