N. 14th St. construction could impact Belmont Elementary

A construction project could impact the first day of classes for a local elementary school.

The city is closing N. 14th between Judson and Manatt starting today, in the Belmont neighborhood.

The project is scheduled to wrap up to tomorrow.

But in case that doesn’t happen, the city plans to bring digital message boards to guide traffic to parking lots at nearby Belmont Elementary School.

The project is to resurface the road.
