NDCS employee arrested on two felony charges
The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says one of their employees has been arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol.
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says one of their employees has been arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol. Summer Brandt, a 46-year-old nurse at the Community Corrections Center, was arrested for unauthorized communications with a prisoner and sexual abuse of an inmate.
Brandt has been employed by NDCS since 2016 but has now resigned her position with the agency.
