The lawsuits allege that the companies are misleading customers about the ingredients in their products.

Hilgers said none of the products his office tested were accurately labeled.

He said that they either “grossly overstate or understate” the amount of THC and that many contain controlled substances.

“With our new complaints, we are ramping up our efforts to clean up Nebraska,” Hilgers said in a press release.

The attorney general has sued numerous THC retailers over what he calls deceptive and unfair trade practices.

This summer, his office reached settlements with seven companies.

Channel 8 reached out to an NP Mart in Lincoln, but the employee hung up.

The company’s website does not provide any contact information for its corporate office.
