Nebraska’s 21-2 start matches the 1920-21 team for the best start in school history after 23 games. The Huskers now have three straight 20-win seasons for the first time in school history.
The Huskers are one of four Big Ten teams in the top 10, including No. 2 Michigan, No. 8 Illinois and No. 10 Michigan State. No. 13 Purdue is the only other Big Ten team in the top 25.
NU will return to action against the Boilermakers on Tuesday at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Tipoff for the top 15 matchup is set for 6 p.m. on FS1.
