Nebraska football talks season opener
Husker football spoke with the media Monday morning ahead of Saturday's season opener.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Head coach Scott Frost and several Huskers spoke with the media ahead of the Saturday’s season opener. Despite only speaking for less than six minutes, Scott Frost reiterated that he is excited and ready to watch his team on Saturday.
Also, a total of twelve Huskers received their Blackshirts on Monday morning as a handful of former players came to hand out the jerseys. According to cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt, new athletic director Trev Alberts gave him his Blackshirt. Newly-named captain Damion Daniels received his first Blackshirt from defensive coordinator Erik Chinander.
