Nebraska man charged with sexual assault of a child

Saunders County Attorney Scott Tingelhoff reports 25-year-old Matthew LeCrone was charged with 3rd Degree Sexual Assault on a Child, a class IIIA Felony.  LeCrone faces up to 5 years in prison and is scheduled to be in court January 16th.

A trooper with the Nebraska State Patrol received a report of a sexual assault on a child. After an investigation was conducted, the trooper determined the juvenile was sexually assaulted.  LeCrone lives in Papillion, NE.
