Nebraska man killed in rollover crash in Scottsbluff
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was killed Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in Scottsbluff, police say.
Around 10 p.m., a GMC pickup truck – driven by 55-year-old Fredrick Evans of Scottsbluff – was heading south on 14th Avenue.
The pickup then crossed over onto the left side of the road and crashed into another pickup truck, the Scottsbluff Police Department said.
Evans’ pickup rolled onto its passenger side, according to police. He was later pronounced dead.
Police said Evans was not wearing a seat belt.
Police are investigating if “health conditions and alcohol use” were factors in the crash.
