Nebraska men’s basketball falls on the road to Penn State

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska men’s basketball fell to Penn State 89-72 on the road Wednesday.

The Huskers suffered another slow start to the game, resulting in a 27-point first-half deficit.

Nebraska guard Brice Williams found himself with three fouls in the first half, resulting in less than average playing time early on.

Williams finished with 17 points.

Connor Essegian finished with a team-high 20 points.

Nebraska now sits at 17-10 on the season and 7-9 in Big Ten play.

Next up for the Huskers is No. 12 Michigan on Monday.
