Nebraska meth dealer sentenced to 13 years in federal prison

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Hastings man will spend over a decade behind bars for selling meth, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says.
Armando Ibarra, 50, was sentenced Monday to 13 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute meth.
Between August 2019 and May 2021, Ibarra sold meth in Hastings, according to the attorney’s office.
Ibarra also sold meth to confidential informants. Police later found meth at his home and inside his car.
After his release from prison, Ibarra will serve a five-year term of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.
