Nebraska offensive lineman Teddy Prochazka suffers season-ending injury

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska offensive lineman Teddy Prochazka will be spending the 2024 season on the sidelines.
Head coach Matt Rhule announced Tuesday that Prochazka suffered a season-ending knee injury during practice.
“He was right there in the team meeting last night with an unbelievable attitude,” Rhule said. “He embodies everything we believe in.”
To replace Prochazka, Rhule said there are several players he believes in, including Turner Corcoran and Gunnar Gottula.
Prochazka, an Elkhorn South alum, started his collegiate career at Nebraska in 2021, where he played in five games.
He redshirted in the 2022 season after he suffered an injury during the Georgia Southern game that sidelined him for the rest of the year.
Prochazka returned in 2023, playing in the final 10 games, including six starts.
