Nebraska State Patrol dogs beat the heat at Seward city pool

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – After a rough day in the heat, Nebraska State Patrol dogs got to cool off in the pool.
In a Facebook post Tuesday, the patrol said the Seward city pool hosted its dog division for some training and playing.
The patrol’s dog division is stationed across Nebraska to help detect drugs, find missing people and capture criminals.
This week, much of Nebraska has been under an excessive heat warning. That warning has been extended until Thursday evening.
