Nebraska State Patrol investigating death in rural Adams County

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating a death in central Nebraska.

On Tuesday morning, it was reported that a person had been found unresponsive in a ditch in rural Adams County, just north of Highway 6, west of Juniata.

A trooper was sent to the area, and it was determined that the man — 44-year-old Jeremy Trausch of Roseland — was dead.

According to the state patrol, the person’s truck was found nearby.

The cause of the death is still under investigation.
