Nebraska State Patrol investigating fatal crash northeast of Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened on Interstate 80 early Sunday morning.
The Greenwood Fire Department responded at 3:30 a.m. near the Greenwood exit on reports of an injury accident.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they found a crash between a semitrailer and a van in the median, according to the department.

Officials said the driver of the van was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the driver has yet to be released.
The patrol is currently investigating the cause of the crash.
