Nebraska student accused of recording another child undressed at school

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Grand Island Police Department on Thursday reported that a student at Barr Middle School had taken video of an undressed classmate and shared it with other students.

Grand Island Public Schools told Channel 8 that the video was created last semester and that the situation has been taken care of.

The district thinks the police department released the report because the video started circulating again.

GIPS said a student is being disciplined, but the victim’s family declined a police investigation to avoid unnecessary attention.
