LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A woman intentionally rammed another vehicle on Interstate 80 on Monday, authorities say.

Shortly before 6:30 p.m., the Nebraska State Patrol received a report of a hit-and-run near Kearney.

An Audi SQ5 had been forced into the median, the patrol said, but the driver was not injured.

About 11 miles east of the crash, a trooper saw a Honda Civic matching the description of the vehicle that fled.

The car was going about 95 mph and had damage to the driver’s side, according to the patrol.

The trooper pulled over the Honda and determined that the driver — 20-year-old Marjiek Lual of Grand Island — had intentionally hit the Audi twice.

She was arrested on suspicion of attempted second-degree assault, criminal mischief, willful reckless driving and traffic violations.

Lual was taken to the Buffalo County Jail.
