Nebraska volleyball slotted for three more national television broadcasts

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska athletic department announced three more national broadcasts Monday for the volleyball team in 2025.
The Huskers will open the regular season against Pittsburgh in the AVCA First Serve Showcase at Pinnacle Bank Arena at 6 p.m. Aug. 22 on Fox.
Two days later, Nebraska will match up against Stanford in the showcase at 2:30 p.m. on ESPN.

Limited tickets for all four days of the event are still available for purchase through Ticketmaster.
Fox also announced that Nebraska’s match against defending national champion Penn State on Oct. 3 will air on its network at 7 p.m.
The Huskers now have five nationally televised games on their schedule.
NU will match up with Kentucky at the Broadway Block Party in Nashville on Aug. 31 at 11 a.m. on ABC.
Nebraska will also battle Minnesota on the road on Nov. 8 on NBC.
The composite Big Ten volleyball TV schedule will be announced at the Big Ten Volleyball Media Days from July 28 to 29.
