Nebraska women’s basketball downs Iowa on the road for first time since 2018

LINCOLN, Neb (KLKN) – The Nebraska women’s basketball team beat Iowa 87-84 in overtime Thursday in Iowa City.
It’s the first win for the Cornhuskers at Carver-Hawkeye since 2018.

Freshman Britt Prince scored a game-high 22 points, including a late 3 to help send the game to overtime.

Prince and Alexis Markowski combined for 41 points.
The Huskers have now won four straight games going into their next match against Wisconsin on Monday.
