Nebraska’s Jordyn Bahl takes home second-straight Big Ten Pitcher of the Week award

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Big Ten Conference honored Nebraska softball’s Jordyn Bahl for the second-straight week Monday, naming her Big Ten Pitcher of the Week.
Across three appearances and 14 innings pitched, Bahl allowed zero earned runs and only three hits.

She earned wins against UNO and in the first game against Purdue while posting an ERA of 0.00.
Bahl struck out 26 batters in her three appearances, including a season-high 13 at UNO.

The Papillion native now has four double-digit strikeout games on the season.
Through all three games, her opponents had a .070 batting average. Bahl has not allowed an earned run in 22.1 consecutive innings pitched.
Michigan’s Jessica Conway was named Player of the Week, while Oregon’s Stefini Ma’ake and UCLA’s Addisen Fisher were Co-Freshman of the Week.
NU is set to close out its series with Purdue at 4 p.m. Monday. That game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
