Nebraska’s Tabitha Health welcomes new CEO and president

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Tabitha Health in Nebraska started the New Year off with a new leader.

On Jan. 1, Brian Shanks became the president and CEO of Tabitha Health.  He brings over 30 years of experience in finance, officials said in a press release.

Shanks had been serving as the organization’s CFO for the past four years.

He said he’s looking forward to continue helping Tabitha reach its goals.  Shanks also thinks his background in business will help him in his new role.

“Being involved from the ground up, all the way through final implementation and then beyond, you really do pick up on everything and you begin to learn everything,” he said.  “So, I feel like I’m well prepared to move forward with a solid foundation of knowledge.”

Shanks is succeeding Tabitha’s interim president and CEO, Joyce Ebmeier, who is retiring.
