No. 1 Nebraska volleyball completes perfect regular season, sweeping Ohio State

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Huskers completed a perfect regular season on Saturday night, sweeping the Ohio State Buckeyes.
This makes the big red’s record 30-0.
Nebraska won 25-16, 25-13, 25-20 in a sweep in front of 8,461 crowd.
This is the third undefeated regular season in program history, and the first since 2000.
The team also became the first to go unbeaten in the Big Ten since 2009.
Nebraska’s 30 straight wins is the fourth-longest win streak in school history.
The Huskers also extended their nation-leading home court win streak to 60 matches, the third-longest home win streak in program history.
It was also senior night for Nebraska. Rebekah Allick, Maisie Boesiger, Taylor Landfair and Allie Szcech were all honored.
Harper Murray and Andi Jackson led the way with nine and eight kills each.
And Jackson accomplished a historic 2025 season. She finished with a .561 hitting percentage, which is now a new Big Ten record.
Nebraska will continue their historic season into the NCAA tournament. A selection show is scheduled for 5 p.m. Sunday, and it’s likely the Huskers will be the No. 1 overall seed.
If so, the Big Red will host their own regional in Lincoln. The first and second rounds will run Dec. 4-6.
