LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The story of Nebraska’s historic season has been all about the Huskers second half adjustments, and today it was more of the same.

It was a back and forth first half where the Big Red trailed by five at the break.

But, Nebraska outscored USC by 20 points in the second half, defeating the Trojans 82-67.

Pryce Sandfort had another stellar performance, scoring 32 points, and knocking down five three’s. It’s Sandfort’s third 30+ point game of the season.

Nebraska had a season high 18 offensive rebounds.

The Huskers improve to 25-4 on the season, leaving them one win shy of tying their most wins in a single season since 1990-1991.

Nebraska also picked up their 14th conference win of the season, breaking the school record for most wins in a season.

Nebraska will continue their west coast road trip at UCLA Tuesday night. Tip off is at 10 p.m. The game will be aired on the Big Ten Network.
