No. 2 Nebraska sweeps No. 12 Oregon on the road

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — No. 2 Nebraska volleyball swept No. 12 Oregon on Thursday night in their first matchup as Big Ten foes.

The Huskers defeated the Ducks 25-12, 26-24, 25-18 in Eugene.

NU dominated offensively, outhitting Oregon .278% to .133%.

Harper Murray racked up 14 kills to lead the Huskers, followed by Taylor Landfair with 13.

Lexi Rodriguez recorded 14 digs, and Murray added 10.

Nebraska is now 23-1 on the season.

Next, the Huskers will travel to Washington for a Saturday game against the Huskies.

The match will be broadcast at 9:30 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.
