No more applicants needed for Backyard BBQ

Thanks to all who have applied to host a Back Yard BBQ on Channel 8 Eyewitness News.  We have had so many requests that we don’t need anymore, so we will stop taking applications.   Backyard BBQ with Chief Meteorologist Luke Dorris is sponsored by Woods Bros. Realty, Home Real Estate, and Super Saver.  Those who have been or will be selected to host a Backyard BBQ have been or will be notified.

There may be occasions when Luke Dorris would not be able to attend.  In the event of severe weather or another news event, the event may be taped for broadcast at another time, canceled or rescheduled.
