Norris volleyball coach Christina Boesiger named AVCA High School Coach of the Year

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The American Volleyball Coaches Association on Wednesday honored Norris volleyball head coach Christina Boesiger as the 2025 AVCA High School Coach of the Year.
Boesiger guided the Titans to a second-straight Class B title in 2025, finishing the season with a 38-1 record.
She has led Norris to titles in 2013, 2014, 2024, and 2025, and has finished as runner-up in 2002, 2020, 2021, and 2023.
Under her leadership, the Titans have won 13 conference championships.
In 2024, Boesiger passed 500 career wins and holds a career record of 577-201 over 25 years of coaching, earning her entry into the AVCA Victory Club.
Throughout her career, Boesiger has been named the 2015 Lincoln Journal Star Coach of the Year, 2022 NCA All-Star Coach, 2024-25 NCA Coach of the Year, and 2024 Omaha World Heard Female Coach of the Year.
Boesiger will be honored during the AVCA Honors Banquet on Dec. 18 in Kansas City.
