Northeast Nebraska traffic stop leads to man’s fourth DUI arrest
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Nebraska man was caught speeding Monday night in his fourth DUI arrest, the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office says.
Around 8 p.m., deputies pulled over 35-year-old Clayton Jindra of Creston, who was going 18 mph over the speed limit on Highway 57.
Deputies found that Jindra was intoxicated and took him into custody, the sheriff’s office said.
Jindra’s blood alcohol content level was nearly three times the legal limit, according to the sheriff’s office. The legal limit in Nebraska is 0.8%.
He was arrested on suspicion of fourth-offense aggravated driving under the influence.
