Not Quite as Warm, Sunny for Saturday

Df Record Highs Multiple Cities

Friday was certainly a day for the record books, with several record high temperatures shattered this afternoon across the state.

Df Lincoln Tonight Hour By Hour

Seeing as we got up into the upper 70s today, we look to have a fairly warm evening ahead in the Capital City. A breezy evening ahead, but weather should be pleasant for playoff high school football and any outdoor Husker volleyball watch parties!

Df Dma Tonight Low

Lows tonight will fall to the upper 40s and lower 50s in southeast Nebraska.

Df Skycast Tonight

Increasing cloud cover throughout the overnight hours in the Capital City, with our lows reaching the lower 50s.

We stay cloudy through the overnight hours with mostly clear skies on Saturday morning. A few passing fair-weather clouds are expected throughout the afternoon.

Df Dma Tomorrow High

Highs tomorrow will not be as warm as Friday, but many of us still reaching the upper 60s and lower 70s.

Df Skycast Tomorrow

Mostly sunny here in Lincoln with highs in the lower 70s. Winds shift to be out of the north tomorrow, which will help cool us down throughout the weekend.

Df 10 Day Forecast

Our next best chance for precipitation comes on Monday as highs drop to the lower 50s. There has been talk of a rain/snow mixture across Nebraska on Monday, but most models have leaned towards rain. Temperatures continue to drop throughout next week down into the mid-40s and lower 50s, with a few more chances for rain starting Wednesday.
