NSAA decides it’s time to try out a shot clock in Nebraska high school basketball

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska School Activities Association voted on Wednesday morning to allow a shot clock in Class A basketball next season.

Those high schools will use a 35-second shot clock on a pilot basis in 2022-23.

The vote by the NSAA came during the boys and girls state basketball tournaments in Lincoln.
