NSP: 82 doses of LSD found in I-80 traffic stop

State troopers found several drugs during a traffic stop that led to the arrest of a Colorado man Wednesday. 

The Nebraska State Patrol said a trooper saw a Chevrolet Silverado pickup with a missing taillight fail to maintain its lane on I-80 near Hershey. During a traffic stop, the trooper saw drug paraphernalia in plain sight, the patrol said. 

A search of the truck turned up 82 doses of LSD, 30 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, less than an ounce of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

The driver, Anthony Gutierrez, 19, of Littleton Colorado, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana – less than one ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in Lincoln County Jail.

A female passenger was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and open container.
