NSP: ‘Move Over’ violation leads to two arrests, two pounds of cocaine discovered

The Nebraska State Patrol arrested two people after reportedly finding two pounds of cocaine during a traffic stop on I-80 near Hershey.
NSP said that around 9 a.m. Thursday that a Cadillac Escalade fail to move over while a trooper was working a separate traffic stop.
The trooper finished the stop and then stopped the Escalade.
NSP said two pounds of cocaine were found hidden inside the backrest of the driver’s seat.

The driver, Andrea Freeman, 36, and passenger, Victor Phillips, 30, both of Chicago, were arrested for possession of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver, and no drug tax stamp.
Both were lodged in Lincoln County Jail.
