LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Memorial Stadium in Champaign, Illinois, will still host the Huskers on Friday after a fire, ESPN reports.

Illinois officials determined on Wednesday that the game could proceed without any seating modifications, the outlet said.

On Tuesday, firefighters put out flames in a building where the groundskeeping equipment is stored.

It is not yet known what caused the fire.  One firefighter was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to ESPN.

Nebraska is facing Illinois at 7 p.m., and the game will be broadcast on FS1.  Both teams are coming into the game with 2-3 records.
