Olsson Associates announces new $19 Million building in Haymarket

Olsson Associates, a Lincoln based consulting firm, has announced they’re expanding. 

They are bringing a new four story building to the West Haymarket.

The $19 million dollar project will be located on Canopy and P Streets. 

Olsson Associates is investing more that $16 million for the project with $2.8 million coming from TIF funds. 

The building will also connect the Blue 3 parking garage to Pinnacle Bank Arena.
